Anyway, here's the answer you need on how to terminate Starhub Fibre Broadband.
The only way to terminate your starhub fibre broadband is to visit one of the 4 main Starhub shops:
1) Plaza singapura
2) Jurong point
3) Nex
4) Tampines
*Do note the last day of service is the day the below items are returned to Starhub. Your can't call or inform Starhub to termination the Fibre broadband on a particular date.
Bring the following:
1) ONT device + power adapter
2) Yellow colour optical fibre cable (Optional but better to bring)
3) Subscriber's NRIC
4) If terminating on behalf of someone, a hardcopy authorisation letter and NRIC of authorized person. Softcopy will not be accepted and neither will Starhub print for you.
No payment on the spot. Final bill will be sent via mail.
There is an admin charge for termination.
